  • I can’t get my phone to play through the hands free.
Make sure that you have followed the pairing steps and that your phone clearly displays the Hands free as a device on your phone.
  • I have paired my phone successfully but there is no sound.
Make sure that the volume on the Hands free is on full to check the output by pressing the VOL+ repeatedly. Also make sure that your Hands free is not in the mute mode by pressing and holding the switch button for 2 seconds.
  • It won’t pair with my phone
Try following the pairing steps again and make sure you enter the correct pass code 0000 when prompted, also make sure that no other Bluetooth devices are switched on when attempting to pair as they could cause a conflict.
  • What is the maximum operating distance?

This device will maintain a Bluetooth connection within 10m of any other Bluetooth enabled product.

  • How long will the battery last for?

The battery will last for 6 hours of talking time on average.
