I have put music onto my player, but it won’t show up?
Check the format of the music you have put onto the player. It needs to be either wma or mp3. If you have taken songs from an iTunes folder, that format (which is m4a) won’t work, you will need to rip the music onto your computer again using Windows Media Player.
What memory card will fit into the player?
The slot is designed for a Micro SD card.
I have put some videos on my player but they won’t even display or play?
Make sure that the format of the videos is AVI. If they're not, try running the videos through the AVI converter. If you're unsure how the AVI converter works, have a look at the demo video, it'll show you how.
Why is the MP4 player not playing my music files?
You must ensure that your music files are encoded into a recognised file format. This MP4 player is able to play MP3, WMA & WAV files for music. You may need to use a conversion tool. There are many different one available on the market; alternatively you can use Windows Media Player as shown in our Tutorial Video
