You have to ensure that you have installed all the software and drivers that are provided on the supplied CD's before you attempt to connect your device to you PC. - When I plug my receiver into my computer, my cursor starts to move all over my screen, what is happening?
This is caused because you have your Note Taker set to 'Mouse Mode' when connected to your PC. You can alter this in the Note Taker software settings.
