  • The receiver unit is not recognised when I plug it into my PC, why is this?

You have to ensure that you have installed all the software and drivers that are provided on the supplied CD's before you attempt to connect your device to you PC.

  • When I plug my receiver into my computer, my cursor starts to move all over my screen, what is happening?
This is caused because you have your Note Taker set to 'Mouse Mode' when connected to your PC. You can alter this in the Note Taker software settings. You can set the device to default to any mode that you specify each time you plug the device into your PC.
