  • What is the wireless Keyboard & Mouse?

This Keyboard & Mouse set are used for connection with your PC. With the receiver provided you can establish a wireless connection with your PC, so you can enjoy the freedom to control all functions without the clutter of wires.

  • How do you connect the Keyboard & Mouse to the PC?

To connect the Keyboard & Mouse to your computer you just have to follow the following simple steps. For further information you can always refer to your User Manual:

  1. Plug the receiver into a free USB port on your PC
  2. A green light will then be displayed on the LED indicators on the receiver.
  3. Ensure that you have inserted the batteries into the Keyboard & Mouse.
  4. Locate the 'Connect' buttons - there is one on the receiver, one on the keyboard & one on the mouse.
  5. Press the 'Connect' button on the receiver
  6. Then press the 'Connect' button on the Keyboard
  7. Then press the 'Connect' button on the Mouse
  8. You should now have established wireless communication with your PC
  • Why is my PC not recognizing the new Wireless Keyboard & Mouse set?
You need to ensure that you have removed your existing/previous Keyboard & Mouse from your PC to avoid any hardware conflicts. You may also have to check that all Drivers for the previous hardware have been removed. For further information on hardware conflicts, please check with the manufacturer of your existing/previous equipment.
